Meetings take place at least 10 times per year. From and including May 2004, meetings will be held on the third Monday of most months at 7.45pm in Datchworth Village Hall. Meetings in August and December can be exceptions to this, so it is best to check on this web site or with the Parish Clerk - see below.


Residents are welcome to attend all meetings (but do not have an automatic right to speak). If you wish to put a point to a meeting, please contact the Chair of DPC at least 3 days before giving an idea of the what the issue is and the background to it.

The Annual Parish Meeting takes place each May - date to be announced. All residents are welcome and this meeting is specifically an opportunity for DPC to report on its activities and for a wider and open discussion about the governance of the village.
